For a drawing set that names its finishes: porcelain over 12,000 per square metre, hardwood or imported cabinetry, aluminium and glass railings, imported sanitary ware, cornices, coffered ceilings and feature lighting. The rate assumes your architect's schedule of finishes is attached to the drawings, because that schedule is what we price against.
If the schedule is not written yet we will price the shell at the standard rate and hold the finishes as an allowance, stated on the front page of the quotation as an allowance and not a fixed price.
