What happens after you send this

1. Today. We reply with an email address for the drawing set and two dates for a site visit, a Tuesday or a Thursday.
2. The site visit. An hour, with the foreman who would run your job. We look at access, the slope, water, power and the neighbours.
3. 10 working days. A quotation: one fixed sum, the exclusions under it, eight stages with dates, and the payment share against each.
4. Your call. The figure holds 30 days. If you want it cheaper we will show you which lines to change rather than quietly thin the specification.

Have these ready if you can

• Floor plans, elevations and sections as a PDF
• The structural or foundation layout
• Electrical and plumbing layout
• A finishes schedule, if the tiles matter to you
• The approval, or where it has got to

Missing some of this is normal and is not a reason to wait. Send what exists.
