Snag list and handover

You walk the whole building with us and write the list. We clear it, you check it, and we hand over the keys with the file: approved drawings, the rough-in photographs, warranty papers for the roof, the pump and the fittings, and the electrical certificate. Retention is released ninety days later, after one more walk.
