Site strip, compacted fill, 100 mm of concrete with mesh, a brushed or stamped finish, saw cuts at three metre centres and a fall of one in eighty away from the house. Driveway aprons to the road line are included; road crossings and drain covers are priced separately because the parish council sets those.
