Stripping the old roof, replacing rotten timber, new purlins where needed, 26-gauge sheeting or a poured slab, new fascia, gutters and downpipes, and making good the ceiling below. The rate is per square metre of roof area on plan, not of floor area.
We do not start a roof strip without a clear seven-day window in the forecast and a tarpaulin on site for the whole job. If the forecast turns we stop with the roof watertight, and that pause is a weather day.
