Excavation, a reinforced concrete base, reinforced block or poured wall, weep holes, a drainage blanket of clean stone and a filter membrane behind the wall, and backfill in layers. The rate is per square metre of the exposed wall face.
Anything over 2.4 metres high needs a structural engineer's design. We will not build to a sketch at that height, and we will tell you that before you pay for anything.
